Business Update:
It is with a heavy heart I have decided that I need to take a step back from For You at this time.
For some who know me, they know of my battle with mental health and overall health. I have decided to pause my journey with For You to focus on what is needed most.
Thank you to those that have booked in with me up until this point and I am looking to come back stronger after a time of refocus.
Remember; looking after yourself is the most important thing however you decide to do it!!
