What a day…..Exhausted, glowing, relieved, proud… probably every emotion going 😂

There’s been so much work behind the scenes to get to this moment, and today we actually did it!!

Red light therapy… worth the hype? 🔴

For me, it’s not about hype…
It’s about what LED can actually do!

Red and near-infrared light therapy can support skin health, muscle recovery and joint comfort and it’s also an incredibly relaxing treatment.

No needles. No downtime.
Just lie back, switch off and let the light do the work.
And very soon, you won’t only find me offering LED from my treatment room… 👀

I don’t 😂

My way of switching off? Teaching aqua.

The music, the movement, the energy and seeing everyone completely liberated at the end…. This is my fix and I absolutely love it!!

And that’s the point. There isn’t one way to switch off.

You don’t have to be good at meditation. You don’t even have to think meditation is your thing.

RAZANA brings different sensory elements together … sound, LED light therapy, touch, journaling and guided meditation, allowing you to experience switching off in a completely different way.

No wellness or woo woo expertise required. No sitting cross-legged required either 😂
