I had started at 18st 3lbs = 115.9kg
I have had ups and downs since then...
Last weigh I am at 106.1kg = 16st 9lbs
Yes a long way to go but no matter what I am improving.
You only truely fail when you stop trying.

I love going Wednesday evenings to mixed age karate with my Henry. Building strength, confidence and super supportive even with my hip limiting me atm 🥰

My meals yesterday:-
Breakfast- choc protein shake with added Pb fit
Lunch- big salad bowl with satay chicken bites and soft boiled eggs
Dinner- mild chilli, courgette, sweetcorn and avocado wuth some lacto-free cheese
Trests- 2x Mint skinny whip bars (80kcal each)
Another day ahead, wish you all a good one x

Focus for the week- eating habits
I have some eating 'rules' from today:-
- no seconds
- treats within 250kcal limit
- protein with every meal
- drink 2+ big bottles of water/squash daily
- Send photos to Laura (my PT Laura Cory) of all food, not just those I'm proud of
With looser aims of:
- reduce carbs
- ~10k steps min a day
- 3+ exercise session weekly (PT/karate/other gym session)
- not ignore lower body exercises but listen to when it hurts
- Possible restart up 'my honest journey' fb page (not for following but to be more accountable
- Post a reaffirming statement each week

Hi friends, please dont feel you have to follow this as I continue to be honest with myself and everyone as I tackle my weight and body-image.
In the focus of honesty I presently weigh 108.4kg after 1.3kg gain over Easter break and am fighting hip pain for the last 2months (medical investigation is slow but ongoing).
Finger crossed with me and send me any spare resolution you have :)

Legs, Bum and Tum class at the gym this morning had me completing 40 squats and 20 Bulgarian split squats (each side) all weighted. Only 40 more through the course of today!

Started yesterday and fell a little short after a leg intensive Tuesday Personal Training. Never you worry, I will catch them up!
