I help those who have suffered loss in their life to navigate beyond the fog of grief, and related issues, to lead a fully present life again.

You do not need to get better at managing the fear, you need it to not be there at all.

Once it is not at the forefront of your mind anymore, you actually get to choose how you show up for the good times too.

You book the holiday without waiting for something to ruin it.

You answer the phone without your stomach dropping first.

You get to actually be at the wedding, the birthday, the ordinary Tuesday, instead of half braced through all of it.

Is that who you want to be?

That is a different way of seeing it altogether, actually being here for your own life instead of just reacting to whatever comes.

Is that who you want to be? Someone who gets to enjoy things properly again, instead of waiting for something to go wrong the whole time.

If that is you, that is what we would work through on a free 30 minute discovery call. Link in bio.

Losing someone can make you start watching everyone else you love a bit closer, just in case.

You check in on people more than you used to, you hold on a little longer when you say goodbye, you feel a flash of panic when someone does not pick up straight away.

Loss has shown you life does not warn you before it takes someone, and part of you is still trying to protect yourself, and everyone you love, from that happening again.

Left alone, it can end up deciding how close you actually let yourself get to people, out of fear of losing them too.

What I actually help with here is not making the fear disappear, it is making sure it does not run you.

We look at where it is coming from, what it is trying to protect you from, and how you hold your people close without spending your time with them dreading the day you lose them too.

I have lost my Papa, my grandmother, and my marriage within a few years of each other, so I know what it is to be scared of what is coming next.

What changes once we work through this properly is you get to be present with the people you love again, not waiting for losing them the whole time.

That is the greatest gift hiding inside this fear, once it stops controlling you, it turns into the reason you love the people still here even harder.

If you are afraid the next person you love will be taken from you, that is what we would work through together. Book a free 30 minute discovery call, and I will show you how we would start. Link in bio.

You end up keeping it to yourself, and after a while you start wondering if you are even allowed to feel this much about it, or if you are just being over the top.

The longer it stays unnamed like that, the easier it gets to convince yourself it does not count enough to get proper support for, and you carry something real completely by yourself.

The way I work is different.

I do not start with what everyone else thinks your loss should look like, I start with what is actually sitting on you right now, whatever that is, that is the place we begin,

I call it your needle mover.

I had a client come to me for pet loss. Nobody around her treated it as a real loss.

We worked through it properly, the same way I would with any grief, and once that was actually dealt with, the work moved on, it became about her, who she is now, where she wants her life to go.

If you have been holding something nobody else has acknowledged, it still counts, and it still deserves proper support, not just from you to yourself. Book a free 30 minute discovery call, and I will show you exactly where we would start. Link in bio.

There is no set timeline for grief, whatever anyone has told you.

Somebody has probably already said something like you seem back to yourself now, months after it happened, and you just nodded and said yeah, even though that was nowhere near true that day.

Six months, a year, five years, none of those numbers actually mean anything, because grief does not work on a schedule, and I do not think you even realise that, which is exactly why I keep saying it.

When you measure yourself against a timeline nobody actually agreed on, you end up feeling like you are failing at something that was never a race to begin with.

I have never once told a client they should be further along by now.

What I actually look at is what is keeping things exactly where they are, not how much time has passed.

That is the greatest gift in this too, once you stop watching the clock, you get to actually look at what is really going on underneath it.

If you have been comparing yourself to a timeline that was never real, that is worth talking through properly. Book a free discovery call, and I will explain exactly how I would support you in working out what is actually going on, not how much time you think you should have taken. Link in bio.

You assume grief only happens when someone dies, but losing a marriage, a long friendship, or the future you had planned with someone leaves you asking the exact same question - who am I now?

The longer you stay attached to who you were in that relationship, the longer you put off actually finding out who you are without it, and that gap only gets bigger the more life happens around it.

Once we work through the loss itself, this is usually where the real work starts.

We look at where you actually are, your work, your other relationships, your confidence, how you are feeling, and start doing the work on you, so you can focus on the here and now.

I have watched clients go from feeling completely lost after a divorce to building a version of themselves they actually prefer, more sure of what they want, less afraid to ask for it.

This is the work I do, taking you from feeling completely lost in your grief, to actually knowing who you are again, sure of what you want, confident in your own decisions, present in your own life, not just getting over what happened.

Comment REBUILD and I will send you the link to book a free Greatest Gift Exploration Call, so we can start working out who that person is, together.

Maybe your partner was gaslighting you every time you raised something, and then they just left.

Maybe a friend cut you off completely with no reason given.

You are the only person who actually knows what that relationship was really like, so working out what happened is something you are mostly doing on your own.

I know this one personally too.

My own marriage ending taught me that loss does not need a death to be real, and grieving it while people carried on like nothing had happened was its own kind of lonely.

When somebody dies, people know you have lost someone, and at least there is an acknowledgement, I am sorry for your loss.

With this kind of loss, most people do not even know something happened, so you end up holding all of it by yourself, wondering if you are even allowed to call it grief. You are.

If you have lived through this and never had a name for it, you have one now, ambiguous grief.

Save this if it helps you make sense of what you went through.
