There are so many things I used to overthink as an injector.
Getting everything perfect, saying no, taking my time, questioning my decisions, or worrying if someone would love their result.
With experience, I’ve learned to trust my training, my eye and my judgement more.
Sometimes less really is enough. Sometimes “no” is the right answer. And not every tiny detail needs changing.
Letting go of that pressure has made me a much more confident nurse 🤍

Dehydration, poor sleep, frequent alcohol consumption and sun exposure can affect the appearance of the skin, potentially making fine lines look more noticeable even while the treated muscles remain relaxed.
So, noticing fine lines doesn’t necessarily mean your neurotoxin treatment has “worn off”. What you’re seeing may be related to the condition of the skin rather than a loss of the treatment effect.

Your patients aren’t choosing you because you had the best-performing reel that week. They’re choosing you because they trust your knowledge, your judgement and your results.
So yes, show your work. Educate. Share when you have something worth saying.
