Recent sets

All my regular clients know when I use fresha, if have my policies put out with it. I never have any problems with my regular clients for rescheduling or cancellation. But I have to put it out here today to remind me to make it clear to all new clients.

As a nail tech/ lash tech/ hair dressers/ all the individual self-employed, we get no sick pay or holiday pay. If we don't work, we dont get paid. This is the way to protect ourselves to keep our business going. With a short notice cancellation, if we can't fill the slot, we won't get paid. We lose th time to get a full amount to pay our bills. I fully understand there are emergency situations, and I will always try to make up for it to my clients if possible. I will always try to do my part the best as I can.
