The last few months have been incredibly busy behind the scenes,

Over the coming weeks you’ll start to notice a few changes, including:

🌿 Brand new treatments joining our menu which are specialised treatments.
📔 More availability with our senior team members with some staff alterations
💆‍♀️ Some changes within the salon & day spa to create an even more relaxing, luxurious experience for every client.
💷 Some price adjustments, reflecting the growth of our team, rising costs, and the continued investment we’re making into the quality of our treatments and facilities.
✨ And finally… something BIG…. HUGE infact. is on the horizon. We’ve been working on a very exciting project that we can’t reveal just yet, but trust us when we say it’s going to be worth the wait.

Everything we’re doing has one goal in mind: to keep improving your experience every time you walk through our doors. Whether that’s a calmer atmosphere, exciting new treatments, or bigger plans for the future, we’re always striving to make Elements the very best it can be.

A Little Change to Make Your Spa Experience Even Better

As many of you know, Elements has grown so much over the last few years (thank you! 💛), and with that growth has naturally come a much busier environment….

To help create the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere you deserve, & we’re making a small change to how you enter the salon.

🚪 From now on, please use the middle entrance to the building (the Nail Salon entrance number 4) rather than the usual Elements doors.

You’ll now find :
🤍 Reception
🤍 Waiting area
🤍 Check-in for all appointments

The original Elements side of the building will now become our dedicated Quiet Zone, where treatments are in progress throughout the day and only those having treatments such as Massage, Facials and Head spas will enter here.

To help us maintain this calming environment, we kindly ask that everyone:
📱 Places phones on silent.
🤫 Keeps conversations and noise to a minimum while in the quiet zones
🚫 Please note that children are strictly not permitted in the building. This is an over 14 years old environment only.

These changes are all about creating the best possible experience for every client who walks through our doors. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support—we can’t wait for you to experience our new, even more tranquil space. 🤍
