Welcome to my page! Before booking any treatments, please take a moment to read through the terms and conditions below. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Services Provided

I currently offer the following services:
• Lash Lift
• Brow Lamination
• Wax & Tint (Brows and Lashes)
• Hair Extensions (Nano, Tape, weave - please confirm before booking)

📆 Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from the final balance.
• Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, before treatment begins.
• Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is confirmed without a deposit.

⏰ Cancellations & Lateness
• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a loss of deposit and may impact future bookings.

⚠️ Refund Policy
• No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including if you change your mind or are unhappy with the result.
• I will always do my best to ensure you’re happy with the service provided. Please raise any concerns during the appointment.

🧴 Patch Tests
• Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before treatments involving tinting, lash lifts, or lamination.
• If you do not attend your patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.

👤 Client Responsibility
• Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin/lashes for lash and brow treatments.
• For hair extensions, please ensure your hair is washed and product-free unless otherwise advised.
• You must be 18 or over to receive treatments (or have written parental consent if younger).

📸 Before & After Photos
• I may take before and after pictures of your treatments for marketing purposes.
• These will only be shared on my business pages and never in a disrespectful or identifying way.
• Please let me know in advance if you’d prefer not to be photographed.
