I’m a few days late posting this, but on Friday 8th May it was the 5 year anniversary of opening the doors to and honestly… I still can’t quite believe I get to say that✨

When I started this business, I just wanted to create a space that felt like me - somewhere people felt comfortable and safe, where they could leave feeling more confident than when they walked in & a place I genuinely loved spending my days with my clients.

They say around 50% of small businesses don’t make it past the first five years, so reaching this milestone feels huge to me🥺 Behind every “successful” business is so much people don’t always see - the long days, the stress, the pressure, the moments of self doubt, constantly learning & figuring things out as you go.

More than anything, I just feel incredibly grateful - for every client who chooses me, every person who has sat in my chair, every recommendation, repost and kind word & for all the clients who started as clients, but now feel more like friends.

has become so much more than I ever imagined but it wouldn’t be what it is without the people who have supported me along the way. To every client past and present, thank you for trusting me, supporting my little business & allowing me to do what I love for the last 5 years - I’ll never take any of it for granted💫

What started as a dream has become something that means so much more to me than just hair - It’s become a little community filled with amazing people who have supported me through every stage of it all. This little business has changed my life in more ways than I can explain & I’m so excited for all the years still to come🤎

SIGNATURE WAVES TUTORIAL🕊️☁️🤍

Clients always ask me to talk them through & show them exactly how I create my soft waves using the wide plate straighteners. What better day than NYE for a hair tutorial for you all to give it a try at home🥂

These straighteners are my go to tool for smoothing & waving hair and once you’ve got the hang of it it’s super quick to do as the wide plates allow bigger sections & less passes through the hair.

I’ve got a 24” 220g weft in my hair & without editing / cutting down this video it was only 17 minutes total, so that’s just haw quick it can be to recreate these waves! If you’ve got shorter / finer her naturally, it’ll be no more than ten minutes🕰️
