I’m 41 and a mum of two. My whole heart is coming back to offer beauty and holistic therapy again very soon.

My journey started years ago in a busy spa, where I learned the quiet magic of helping someone truly relax, Life took me on a detour for a while. But what brought me home was my own healing. Yoga became my sanctuary. Saunas taught me to breathe deep. Cold therapy showed my body how to feel calm, safe, and strong again. I remembered how much I love aromatherapy, and the gentle art of self-care.

That’s why I’m here now, with open arms. Every treatment I create is for you — to help you feel soothed, and beautifully at ease.
