And in direct contrast to the last blend, we’re sat in a cloud of the delightfully floral scent of rose and camomile for a tea that can help to relax you. Rose also acts as a mild anti inflammatory too so can be used to aid aches. It looks and smells delightful!
As always though - consult a dr before adding any herbs or supplements to your diet. Particularly if you have health issues, take medications or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Today the workroom has a lovely winter smell, with cinnamon and cloves in the air we’re blending a tea that can help with allergies and cold symptoms. Mullen is a decongestant, with the cloves, cinnamon and peppermint warming and clearing.
Remember … our teabags are hand tied and are fully compostable!

Another blending day here at Wilson’s HQ. Today we’re working with cinnamon (my favourite aroma of all time), hibiscus, dandelion and nettle to bring you a tea which can help to reduce your appetite. Take it 30mins before your main meal and feel fuller while the cinnamon gives your metabolism a little boost.

Today we’re blending our ADHD tea… this blend can help alleviate some of the symptoms.
Lemonbalm and tulsi to calm those racing thoughts and the nervous system, along with oatstraw, ashwaganda and ginseng. Not the prettiest blend … but it does its job!
Don’t forget, if you’re on medication, have any health conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding you should consult a dr before adding any supplements or herbal support to your diet.

Containing white willow bark, our pain tea is one of the ones I take regularly. It can help with pain and inflammation for those niggles. With peppermint and camomile, it soothes, calms and tastes good!

Today I’m busy blending. This morning I’m crafting the Menopause Tea.
It can help lower cortisol and help with those awful 3am wake ups. It’s very similar to our stress tea, with the same herbs in a different ratio.
The workroom smells amazing!
Specialising in herbal products with more recipes to come, I have teas that can help with:
☕️Stress
☕️Sleep
☕️Perimenopause (that cortisol spike at 3am!)
☕️Relaxation
☕️Focus
☕️Pain
