How are you all doing on this cold, blustery Sunday — and the start of the Easter holidays for many? 🌬️🐣

My weekend has been a mix of lovely moments and heartfelt reflection. Yesterday, I met up with three of my fabulous friends for a coffee and a much-needed catch-up ☕💬 before later coming together with fellow cyclists to say goodbye and celebrate the life of a truly loved friend and cycling companion 🚴‍♂️💙 — someone who will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Today, ten of us braved the elements and completed an incredible 51-mile round trip to Idle Valley Nature Reserve 🚴‍♀️🌿 It was certainly cold and windy, but we were lucky enough to dodge the rain!

Now it’s time to cosy up and recharge ✨
