MATERNITY LEAVE!

Todays my first day of maternity leave, once baby boy arrives and I’ve figured out motherhood I’ll start sending out emails/texts to let you know when I’ll be returning to work 🐝

Right guys…. That it I’m fully booked up until my maternity leave in February. I will notify all my clients when I’m ready to come back to work please be patient with me 🙂

I’ve come down with a terrible cold and just can’t seem to shift it, I should be back hairdressing on Wednesday however if I’m still not well I may have to cancel, most of my clients know this isn’t something I do often if ever. Please bear with me and I’ll get in touch with you if I do need to rearrange.

Good morning,

I trust this message finds you well. It is with a mix of reluctance and necessity that I share some forthcoming changes to our booking process. Beginning next year, a deposit system will be implemented.

While I've always maintained flexibility regarding rescheduling and cancellations, there has been a noticeable uptick in last-minute cancellations. This, as you can imagine, poses challenges, particularly during the current season when schedules for hairdressers, nail technicians, and beauticians are exceptionally tight. Turning away clients becomes unavoidable.

As this is not just a profession but my livelihood, it is crucial to make adjustments that ensure the sustainability of the service I provide. Your understanding during this transition is greatly appreciated.

On a more uplifting note, I extend warm wishes for a wonderful Christmas to all my clients, old and new.

Dear clients,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you that I may be slower in responding to messages over the next few days. Unfortunately, my grandad is currently hospitalized, and I need to be with my family during this time.

I want to assure you that I will do my best to attend to your messages as soon as I can, but I won't be scheduling any appointments until after the 14th of October.

My partner and I are still in the process of settling into our beautiful new home, but rest assured, I will make every effort to respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible.
