10 Everyday ways to support your Throat Chakra

* Eat fruit and drink fruit juice
* Listen to soothing sounds or music that moves you
* Chant a mantra
* Take a vow of silence for a few hours. Build up to a full day
* Join a choir
* Say 'thank you' to someone, or give yourself full-throated thanks
* Get a neck massage
* Hum, whistle or sing in the shower
* Write your feelings down in a journal
* Drink hot lemon and honey or elderflower tea to soothe the throat

10 everyday ways to support your Heart Chakra

- eat green: kiwi fruit, kale, spinach, cucumber, avocado, lime and apple.
- if you hold any grudges, let them go.
- focus on practicing small acts of kindness.
- keep a gratitude journal.
- write a love letter to yourself ( or someone else special to you).
- laugh.
- give to others - your time, your words, a little gift.
- surround yourself with the green of nature.
- hug somebody.
- give up playing the martyr role in your relationships.

10 ways to balance your Solar Plexus Chakra:

* Eat yellow foods: lemons, bananas, fresh corn, pineapple.
* Do something purely to make yourself happy.
* Learn new skills.
* Sit outside and feel the sun on your face.
* Go for a run.
* Wear a bright yellow dress or scarf.
* Write a list of ten things you would like to accomplish.
* Break out of your routine.
* Drink chamomile tea.
* Let go of your victim mindset.

Lower back pain, tight hips and digestive disorders can be physical symptoms of Sacral imbalance. To open up this chakra and release any negative energy stored there, practice a deep hip opener and poses that strengthen the muscles around the pelvis, hips and buttocks.
