Harriet & I are so blessed to have such loyal, fun interesting clients, we both LOVE our job and both put our all into our work to ensure ALL our clients leave the salon not only with great hair but feeling happy.

So, sadly already this year we have encounted a few ‘No Show’ clients, we are both self employed, this means that when you ‘don’t show up’ we DON’T GET PAID!!!
It literally takes 2mins to call & cancel or to text and cancel. Please show us this RESPECT our time literally is our money!!

So moving forward ALL missed appointments will be charged, ALL appointments are to be paid in FULL on day of service.
We both know you all understand and fully appreciate this.
We both THANKYOU and we both look forward to seeing you and giving you great hair. 🙏🙏
