I’M BACK! I’ve been a bit out of office lately after a friends paddle boarding trip in Wales, a visit to Norfolk with my daughter and grand daughter, my grand daughters first birthday shenanigans, my nieces wedding, a big family party and starting my part time job working at Nuffield Health on reception💃🏼 I have updated my availability on my website and Calendly, so if you’ve been meaning to book in with me then hopefully you can find a slot that suits you! A big thank you and hello to my new clients who’ve been and visited the massage couch recently, it’s so lovely when I get a new customer organically. It’s true what they say, when you buy from a small business, a real person does a happy dance! (Every time!) Hope you’re all surviving in the heat, my heated blanket has been turned off until further notice 😂🥵

5th - 10th July

I had the most fantastic time at the weekend climbing Mount Snowdon with some fantastic friends! We walked, we talked, we paddle boarded, we laughed, we ate, we drank(!) it was so wonderful to be surrounded by such fantastic women and the raw beauty Snowdonia has to offer. That said, I was exhausted and extremely achey when I got back home. Luckily for me, my sons had bought me a spa day with a massage treatment for two for Mother’s Day, so I managed to book myself and my friend in yesterday and it sorted me right out! Feeling so much better today. I highly recommend a nice bit of massage after putting your body through extremes like mountain hikes and sporting events, it promotes healing through encouraging blood flow and warming up your muscles. And if that’s not enough, it’s a chance to reset and relax and come away feeling re charged!

If you’ve got any big physical events coming up, it’s definitely worth factoring in some time afterwards for a massage, whether that’s with me or anyone else!

Ok Covid you can do one now! I’m one of the lucky ones to have squeezed in Christmas Day but didn’t make the party / new year / visiting family and friends bit and without symptoms to speak of - just positive tests which have kept me away from the rest of the population 🤪 ( lucky for some 😂 ). I’m now aching from doing nothing - looking forward to a negative result and seeing some vouchers being redeemed . Happy New Year lovelies see you soon 🥳
