I’m an aesthetics practitioner… but what have I actually had done to my own face? 👀
I thought I’d keep this one real and share the treatments I’ve personally had, what I loved, what I’d do again and what I probably wouldn’t rush back to.
Because I’m a big believer that aesthetic treatments should enhance what you already have not change who you are.
And honestly, being in the industry has definitely made me much more selective about what I choose to have done.
Would you like me to do a part 2 and tell you the treatments I would never have? đź‘€

You’ve lost the weight… but suddenly your face doesn’t look quite like you remember.
Weight loss can be an amazing achievement, but when we lose facial volume too, it can sometimes leave the face looking more hollow, tired or less defined.
You may notice:
• More prominent lines around the mouth
• Hollowing through the cheeks
• A softer or less defined jawline
• Increased skin laxity
• A more tired-looking appearance
And this is where facial balancing becomes important.
It’s not about simply adding volume back everywhere.
It’s about looking at your individual facial structure, proportions and areas of volume loss, then deciding where support may actually be beneficial.
My approach is always subtle, strategic and natural-looking so you still look like you, just more refreshed and balanced.
If you’ve lost weight and feel like your face has changed with it, a consultation is the first step.

💬 DM me “WEIGHT LOSS” to discuss your options.
This is what a consultation with me actually looks like.
I’m not going to sit you in my chair, ask you what you want, and start injecting.
First, I want to understand what you see when you look in the mirror.
That’s why I give you a mirror and ask you what bothers you.
Then I carry out my own facial assessment looking at your proportions, structure, balance, symmetry, volume and how everything works together.
From there, I explain my findings and create a treatment plan based on what I believe will actually benefit your face.
I’ll explain:
→ what I’m recommending
→ where I’m recommending it
→ why that area needs treating
→ how each area will work together
→ and what we’re trying to achieve overall
Because facial balancing isn’t about filling every area or chasing a trend.
It’s about understanding the face as a whole and making intentional decisions about what, where and why.
You should never feel like you’re being injected without understanding the plan.
The consultation is where the treatment begins.

She came for her jawline but our recent review told us something different…
When we first treated her, her main goal was to create more definition through the jawline.
She was nervous about adding anything to her chin because she was worried it could make her face look unusual or unbalanced so we respected that and focused solely on the jaw.
Fast forward to a recent review, and we’ve been looking at her face with fresh eyes.
This time, we noticed that the chin is slightly recessed, which can affect the relationship between the nose, lips and chin and how balanced the lower face appears from the side.
So rather than simply adding more filler to the jaw, we’ve discussed revisiting the chin to create better projection and a more harmonious transition through the lower third.
And this is exactly why I don’t believe facial rejuvenation should always be a “one appointment and done” approach.
Sometimes the most beautiful results come from taking your time, reassessing, and making small, considered changes as we see how everything settles and works together.
The goal isn’t to change her face it’s to bring the proportions into better balance while keeping her looking like herself. 🤍
And I’m excited to see where we take her next…

Did you know the bones in your face can actually change as you age? đź‘€
And it could be one of the reasons you’re starting to notice changes when you look in the mirror.
As we age, the underlying bone structure of the face can gradually reduce in volume and change shape. This affects the way the soft tissues above it are supported contributing to changes in facial proportions, definition and the appearance of the lower face.
So when you look in the mirror and think:
“Why does my face look different?”
“Where did my jawline go?”
“Why does my lower face feel heavier?”
…it’s not just your skin.
In Part 1, we looked at how facial fat pads shift with age.
Now in Part 2, we’re looking at what happens beneath them…your bone structure.
Because understanding why your face is changing is the first step to knowing how to treat it.
Save this and follow for Part 3. 🤍
She didn’t want a different face. She just wanted to feel like herself again. 🤍
Before this transformation, she’d started noticing little things that were changing the way she saw herself.
The deeper crease around her mouth.
The shape of her chin.
The profile of her nose.
The softness around her jawline.
She’d tried to ignore it, but when you start avoiding certain angles, changing how you pose for photos or constantly checking your reflection… it can have a bigger impact than people realise.
So rather than focusing on one isolated area, we looked at her face as a whole.
✨ Softened the nasolabial folds and honestly, this was one of my favourite parts of her result. The crease reduced beautifully without making her look overfilled.
✨ Added subtle chin filler to create a little more length and balance to the lower third.
✨ Used a liquid rhinoplasty technique to visually straighten the dorsal hump and create a smoother profile.
✨ Added a small amount to the back of the jawline to create a sharper, more defined angle.
The goal was never to make her look like she’d had work done.
It was to make the features she already had work better together.
And the biggest transformation?
How she felt.
More confident in photos.
More comfortable from the side.
Less focused on the things she used to pick apart.
That’s what facial rejuvenation should be about.
Not chasing perfection.
Not changing who you are.
Just helping you feel like the best version of yourself again. 🤍
If you’re looking at your face and thinking “something has changed, but I don’t know what I need”, that’s exactly what a consultation is for.

Could I create Kris Jenner’s facelift results without surgery? 👀
This is where aesthetics gets interesting…
A facelift physically lifts and repositions tissue something filler and injectables simply cannot replicate.
But can we create some of the same visual effects without going under the knife?
By strategically treating the areas that change as we age the lower face, jawline, chin and mid-face we can restore lost structure, improve facial balance and create a firmer, more defined and rejuvenated appearance.
The goal isn’t to make you look filled.
It’s to make you look refreshed, lifted and like the best version of yourself.
And sometimes, the biggest transformation comes from knowing where NOT to add volume.
Would you choose subtle rejuvenation without surgery, or would you go straight for a facelift? 👇

“I don’t look like myself anymore.”
It’s something I hear from women more often than you’d think.
Not because they want a completely different face.
They just want to feel like the version of themselves they still see in their mind.
For this client, she had started noticing her jawline becoming softer, her lower face losing definition and the structure she once had becoming less obvious.
And that can affect more than just your reflection.
You start pulling your skin back in the mirror.
You change the way you take photos.
You notice your side profile more.
You wonder when your face started looking different.
But the answer isn’t always “you need more filler.”
This is where my approach is different.
As a lower-face rejuvenation specialist, I don’t look at the jawline in isolation.
I look at the relationship between your chin, jawline, lower face and overall facial balance and where structure and volume have changed over time.
For this client, the goal wasn’t to create a sharp, obvious jawline.
It was to restore structure, create definition and bring balance back to her lower face while keeping her looking completely natural.
And honestly?
That is the transformation I love most.
Not looking “done”.
Just looking more like yourself again. 🤍
If you’ve started noticing your own lower face changing, don’t ignore it or assume you simply need more filler.
Let’s assess what’s actually happening and create a plan around your face.

If you’ve started pulling your face back in the mirror… or using face strips to make everything look a little tighter 👀
I get it.
When you can physically see your skin being pulled into a tighter position, it can feel like you’ve found the answer.
But here’s the thing…
If you’re noticing a softer jawline, jowls or changes around the lower face, it’s not simply a case of your skin “needing to be tighter.”
As we age, there are changes happening beneath the skin too including changes in collagen, fat distribution and tissue support.
That’s why my approach isn’t about simply adding filler where you see a line or pulling everything upwards.
It’s about understanding WHY your lower face has changed and creating balance so you still look like you just fresher, more defined and more lifted.
✨ Less “done”.
✨ More refreshed.
✨ A plan designed around your face.
