British Powerlifting Championships – Chelmsford 🇬🇧

What a brilliant weekend competing at the British Powerlifting Championships.
So lovely to see so many friends, have a good laugh, and enjoy every moment on the platform.

Results:
• Squat 125kg
• Bench 72.5kg
• Deadlift 120kg
• 9 white lights

Really happy with how the weekend went — but now the focus shifts to PBs at the Europeans in May. Back to training and building from here.
