I’m documenting my journey as a 42 year old mum, running my business from home, feeling lost in perimenopause , wondering what the next 40 years of my life can look like, and I’m taking you along on the ride because I’m convinced there is more of you out there who hit this stage and just think ‘right, I want somethings to change’ … and that’s where I’m at. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m loving my little corner of the internet here too now so I’m excited to see where this goes and I’d love you to be a part of it.

Is Perimenopause affecting our income??! … Simple answer …YES! For some of women it really does take its toll on what we are able to do, but do we have to accept that?? I’m challenging it and I’m actively looking at ways to pull myself out of the perimeno black hole , excite myself again and add to what I’ve built already with new things that may suit my up and down energy, motivation and mood a little more . Follow along.. this journey is just beginning 😘🙏
