Jen has been working in the beau collective for a while building up her private therapy practice and has recently left her employed job to jump in full time!

Jen is an experienced trauma therapist and brings a wealth of knowledge and is highly passionate about her work. She specialises in trauma recovery using talking therapies, EMDR and somatic integration.

She is also due to finish a massage course in July to work along side her therapies, and can personally vouch she is amazing at it! 💆🏼‍♀️ I’m currently taking full advantage 😂 she will offer relaxation or more complex massage, including head, face (I’m finding it amazing for my TMJ!) back/shoulder, full body and lymphatic drainage massage.
