Men’s mental health doesn’t get talked about enough… but it matters. A lot.
Sometimes it’s not about big gestures; it’s about creating space, connection, and simply showing up. That’s exactly what this group is doing.
We’ll be joining the walk at the end of the month along Monsal Trail (family included 👣), and we’re really looking forward to being part of it.
