Full deep clean / gold service carried out on this gorgeous Hotsprings tub🤩

Customer had recently moved in and inherited this lovely tub!

Only one downside…previous owner had neglected this and left the new owner with some minor issues and lots of grime🦠🕷️, thankfully they made the right call booking us in before trying to use the tub.

Took this tub from sitting sad to sitting pretty and ready to go with a full demonstration of the tub’s features as the customer didn’t realise what a great tub they had inherited having never owned one before!

What a result✅

We left feeling jealous of the amazing views and perfect setup 🤩

Customer had reported an intermittent leak prior to booking and we found 2x snapped jets⛓️‍💥 along with a non functioning ozone generator🚫🫧

All completed and customer also requested a cover lifter to be fitted to finish the setup off nicely✅

Water chemistry advice was also given to help get the best out of their hot tubbing🛀

Diagnosis + Repair🔍

This customer got in touch after they planned a full flush clean but found their tub completely dead.

They reached out wanting a thorough check on supply to the tub as well as what was causing this issue.

They had reached out to someone else and were advised to change the topside…this was quickly diagnosed correctly onsite and we found the power supply had failed on the pcb board.

£60 power supply vs £542.95 control box

Customer was over the moon and has already cleaned their tub and got back to hot tubbing 😎

Original topside was installed and full health check carried out, the money spent on the topside covered our full repair and callout!

Replacement pump for this customer over in Liverpool✅

Jet pump had developed a nasty leak along with overheating when operating so customer opted to have this replaced along with new gaskets😎

Only other issue was a failed o ring on the drain plug for the circulation pump which was swiftly replaced and now back to heating - flowing perfectly ✅

Callout to this tub to assess some potential underlying issues🔍

We found the source of the main problem being no heat - failed heater element, broken ozone check valve, pvc pipe leaking, failed jet pump, shut off valve clips left dangling by previous company, missing jets and a very worn cover…

Plus lots of dirt😎🕷️

We will be back to carry out a full deep clean🧼 + full repair🔧 to bring this tub back to 100% for the customer✅

Callout to investigate this intermittent heating issue♨️🚫

A very rusty heater element with corrosion on multiple earth connections throughout the tub were identified along with some very leaky heater gaskets👀

Everything else was perfectly within tolerance and even had a working original blower + pump! 😎

Customer has opted for a full deep clean along with a new heater to bring this back to fully functioning along with some safety upgrades⚡️✅

Full deep clean / service carried out on this stunning Hotsprings ✅

Customer hadn’t had a service since the tub was installed which was very impressive to hear how well they had maintained the water considering the advice they were told to follow.

We found multiple leaks and the customer now understands fully how to manage their water correctly going forward to avoid any unexpected issues.

An ozone system was also installed to make life a little easier going forward🫧

This tub is now summer ready and looking better than ever🤩
