What a day today has been! 🫠

Being self-employed definitely isn’t easy. It can be stressful, exhausting and there are honestly days when I feel like throwing the towel in and wondering why I put myself through it.

One thing I’ve learned from running my own business is that you simply can’t please everyone. You can give your time, put your heart into what you do, try your absolute best and go above and beyond — and sometimes, it still won’t be enough for everyone.

I’m only human. I care massively about my work and about every person who walks through my salon door, which is probably why the difficult days hit me so hard.

But tomorrow is another day. ❤️

Running a small business has its highs and lows, and today has definitely been one of the lows. I’m reminding myself how far I’ve come, picking myself back up and carrying on. 💪✨
