Coaching sounds great. But what does it look like in reality?
Coaching sessions give you the time and space to explore your goals and what is standing in the way of you achieving them, then look at strategies to help you move forward.
Clients say that they appreciate the fact that someone is really listening, without judging and without telling them what to do. It’s a safe space to really dig in to their thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Sessions typically last around 45 minutes and are online, via Teams, looking at:
