***Please note this is a hair smoothing treatment and not a chemical hair straightener. This means that frizz will dramatically reduce, and it will not permanently straighten your hair. After washing your hair, blow-drying time will significantly decrease, and you will find that your hair is more manageable, smoother, stronger, and has a natural glow.***

Welcome to Frizz Away mobile hair services. My name is Fareemah Flowers (Hill), I am a mother to two beautiful children; one boy and one girl, I am a qualified Adult Nurse who have recently moved to Sleaford in Lincolnshire with my children in 2024. I am married to my husband who is in the forces. I am originally from Belize in Central America and my husband is from Fiji. When pregnant my hair grew beautifully. Being a black woman, my hair can be very WILD. I naturally have curly/wavy hair, but I prefer my hair to be straight, as I find it more manageable. I have found that one minute my curls would be nice, then a couple days later my hair would become frizzy and unmanageable. I used to use relaxers (chemical to straighten hair) in my hair until I read exactly what nasties was in a relaxer, which resulted to me no longer using relaxers in my hair!

18 months ago, whilst at work, a colleague asked me if I had heard about a Keratin treatment, also known as a Brazilian Blow-dry. I did not know what on earth she was going on about. But, decided to go with her to have this treatment done. I loved it so much that 18 months ago, I have never looked back. This treatment has left my hair soft, smooth, shiny, manageable and straight.

When I moved, I found it very difficult to find a hairdresser that offered keratin/Brazilian blow-dry treatment. When I finally found a hair salon, their treatment was costing over £200!! I was shocked!

SOOO...after finding all this out, I decided that I wanted to offer this service myself to all you beautiful people. I found a course that I could attend and complete. I did exactly that! I practiced on so many of the wonderful wives that I met on my husband’s last posting in Wiltshire, before I moved closer to my family and friends.

As Brazilian blow dry is considered safe to use, there are some products on the market that is not. Therefore I was very careful to use the keratin product that is "safe" in pregnancy and does not contain any horrible nasties such as Formaldehyde.

A keratin product significantly reduces frizz for up to 3 months, providing that the after care is followed. There is no need to discontinue your usual hair routine like some keratin treatments. You can wash your hair immediately and return to your usual routine. I have used this product in my hair. I have posted photos of my hair before and after treatment.
