I’ve had a few clients reach out recently asking about small white bumps or “milk spots” that appear and just won’t go away, so I wanted to break down exactly what they are.

These are called Milia and they’re very common.

Milia form when keratin gets trapped under the skin, creating small white bumps that won’t budge with skincare alone. While routine can help reduce the likelihood of them forming, once they’re there, they need to be removed professionally.
