The guidelines for close contact services have now been released, which covers the hair, beauty and barbering industries (including mobile and freelance). From the 4th July, hair salons and barbershops in England, including mobile hairdressers and barbers, are allowed to reopen their doors. Nail, beauty and tanning services are not yet able to reopen but can use these guidelines to prepare for reopening.
