I am aware that many of us are currently having to be a bit more price-conscious and I like to offer a service that allows everyone to enjoy and afford the luxury of a salon visit. The Express Menu is for my clients who want to are keen to keep up their hair care routine, but are also looking to save a bit of money too.

I will be introducing details of the full Express Menu over the next few days - but tonight we are starting with the EXPRESS BLOW DRY.

A standard "Colour Service Root Re-Touch and Blow Dry" is £70. The Express offering is a "Colour Service Root Re-Touch and Express Blow Dry" is only £50.

So, what's an Express Blow Dry? It means no products, no finishing or styling of the hair ( i.e. hot irons, curling, etc ) and a quick blast with the blow dryer until hair is damp. You can then finish off your styling at home. This save £20 on your service, just by omitting the final styling!

To be model you will need the following criteria: 1) Be photogenic with hair shoulder length or longer 2) Both Instagram/Facebook with good profile 3) Allow me to take a variety of photographs and use those pictures on my media sites and as advertisements. 4) Be available to proceed with salon visits in mid October or beginning of November. 5) Before proceeding, your hair will have to be strand tested and skin tests undertaken for safety.

If you're interested in being a model for me, please send a DM of your media profile details, a pic of your current hair, and outline of your last 3 years colour history. It is imperative that you be honest in regards to your hair's colour history. By applying, you are in agreement that you are happy to proceed with the suggested styles.

Please note: Pre-treated blonde or highlighted hair -- Natural hair would be best, however if your hair in good condition and depending on colour history you might be the right model.

I will also be trying out some new professional products and all service will include Olaplex and k18 treatments to keep your hair in best condition

Please note: Models will be receiving services and treatments at a significantly discounted cost, but there still will be charges for some services which we will discuss and agree before proceeding.

Booking Update: I have limited Saturday appointments available and my last day of work in 2022 is Friday 23rd December.

For each of my clients, that's average 2 appointments left for 2022. ( Or four if you come every four weeks! ) and on top of that, it's only 17 weeks until Christmas.....so book your remaining appointments today to avoid disappointment.

Olaplex. You have to see it ( and touch it ) to believe it. I know as a professional hair stylist, that we get very excited by new products and the impact that we see of these products on your hair from a conditioning and styling point of view. Particularly through the lens of a Pro.

However, you don't have to be "in the industry" to see the remarkable effects of these products on your hair. Take this before and after photo - using ONLY ONE PRODUCT of the Olaplex range. Such a difference, you can only imagine what regular routine use would produce.

FROM THE CHAIR - Box Dye Rehab! Removing box dye and banded hair colour is a challenge, but something that I do on a regular basis.

With this first appointment we lifted a lot of old colour without comprising the hair condition. Then applied new leaving soft balayage effect that's low maintenance and easy to touch up.

PS -The allure of box dye in both price and instant gratification can be hard to resist, but trust me. - it's a false economy! Box dye is a one-size-fits-all approach to hair colour and quite often more expensive to correct later down the line.

FROM THE CHAIR. This week's work comprised of a soft balayage transformation for the summer. Working with my clients natural base, a warm golden balayage effect gives an all-over lightening and softening effect. This, plus a judicious cut that involved removing some extra bulk gives the final result a subtly sun kissed look which is light, bouncy and full of body.
