Could I please very politely remind customers, if you make an appointment, you please stick to the time the appointment is for, as this has a knock on effect for following clients after you.
If you have an appointment, could you please cancel, should you not require any longer, rather than just not turning up.
Please don’t book appointments one day before the appointment then decide you aren’t coming 2/3 hours before the appointment time. I understand that from time to time things crop up, but I am also running a business. When I have to turn other customers away, then people just don’t turn up, or think that booking an appointment one day, to cancel hours before, is unacceptable and unfair to me and other customers. Should this continue to happen, you will be charged a non refundable deposit unless cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. For each appointment not turned up to, or messed about with, costs me my living.
I would appreciate if people could please bare this is mind.
