We have recently had an increase in new clients booking appointments and not turning up to them. Due to this we will from now on be taking a non refundable 50% deposit for all appointments booked if you haven’t visited us before.

I would kindly like to remind everyone that we run on a self employed basis and that any appointment that doesn’t attend when booked earns us £0.

As most of you know by now but for the ones that don’t, we are leaving the salon and moving to a brand new salon that I have designed myself and had built from scratch. 👀 We are staying in Holbeach but will be in a much quieter location and it will have more of a modern and personal feel.

This has been a dream of mine for a long time and without you all it wouldn’t have been achievable so a huge thank you to all of you that support us.

We look forward to welcoming you all to the new salon very soon. If you have an appointment booked in the next coming weeks you will receive a message with details.

Reverse balayage! Adding a few foils throughout to add lightness where the blonde had faded to a warm blonde then added a darker brown for depth 🥰

Started to naturally go quite grey so we incorporated this into our colour choice by adding darker grey low lights then using an ashy toner to tie this all together 🩶🩶🩶

** P L E A S E R E A D **

We have a cancellation policy in place where you should let us know 48 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment with us.

At this time of year we are turning people away as we get booked up in advance and having you not turn up to your appointment just isn’t acceptable. It doesn’t allow us time to fill the appointment and doesn’t earn us money.

If you have been asked to come for a patch test and do not come for one your appointment will now automatically be cancelled and given to someone else.

If you fail to turn up to an appointment without letting us know on more than one occasion you will simply not be allowed to make another appointment.

We really appreciate our loyal clients that always turn up to their appointments on time and that would always let us know in advance if they can’t make it for any reason.

How amazing are these results from being unhappy with the colour which wasn’t done by myself feeling it was very yellow/ orange! So I did a full head of highlights to break up the un even colour and a root colour to blend everything together!!! Love making my clients feel amazing when they leave and making them fall in love with their hair again❤️
