We have a cancellation policy in place where you should let us know 48 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment with us.

At this time of year we are turning people away as we get booked up in advance and having you not turn up to your appointment just isn’t acceptable. It doesn’t allow us time to fill the appointment and doesn’t earn us money.

If you have been asked to come for a patch test and do not come for one your appointment will now automatically be cancelled and given to someone else.

If you fail to turn up to an appointment without letting us know on more than one occasion you will simply not be allowed to make another appointment.

We really appreciate our loyal clients that always turn up to their appointments on time and that would always let us know in advance if they can’t make it for any reason.
