As your natural nails grow, the apex and the weight of the BIAB/gel move further towards the tip.

This places more pressure on the stress point, making long nails more likely to lift, bend, crack or break if they become too long.

For the healthiest, strongest nails, I always recommend keeping a wearable length—especially if your appointments are every 4 weeks. A little shorter often means better strength, longer-lasting results and healthier natural nails underneath.

My priority is always protecting your natural nails while keeping them looking beautiful. 💖
