We were thrilled to hear one of our regular clients is pregnant! So we decided to try to debunk some myths about floating during pregnancy.
Floating during pregnancy is not only deeply relaxing — for many women, it’s one of the most comfortable ways to rest.
The high concentration of Epsom salt allows your body to float effortlessly, removing pressure from your back, hips and joints — something that’s hard to find elsewhere during pregnancy.
With water warmed to skin temperature so there’s no overheating, and you’re always in complete control of your environment. You can move, adjust your position, or stand up at any time.
(Though we recommend floating from the second trimester onwards, every pregnancy is different. If you have any medical concerns, it’s always best to check with your midwife or GP before booking.)
