A huge thank you to everyone who joined our Winter Lochside Retreat yesterday.

It truly felt so special… like a proper milestone. 💛

One year ago this very weekend, we gathered for the very first time… and here we are. What a year it’s been!

Yesterday marked our 20th event:
• Three full-day retreats
• Ten monthly gatherings
• Introduction to cold water
• Five Dook & Daunder events
• A New Year Dook for Strathcarron
• Night walks around Stirling
• Opening our first Community Wellbeing Room at RFL House in Dunblane… now with a talking room and small studio for workshops, group work and boutique yoga classes

Somewhere along the way… we became a Community Interest Company. What a journey it’s been!

Yesterday was amazing:
• Grounding our energy with Diane’s opening & drumming 🎶
• Gentle yoga to awaken and prepare our bodies 🧘‍♀️
• Loch Dook guided safely by Barry & Louise ❄️
• Celtic Sauna & 1:1 therapies from our incredible team ✨
• Journalling time & an amazing lunch from Sai Serves 🍽️
• Fun Zumba with Ian and yoga with me (Siobhan)
• Soup & cake by Mike & Wendy 🍰
• A full hour to coorie under blankets while Louise worked her Soundbath magic
• Closing drumming to awaken us for the drive home 🥁

What a day to set in motion small, meaningful changes - to put ourselves first, fill our cups, and leave feeling restored, recharged and ready to move forward.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who contributed, joined and shared the day with us. You make this community what it is. 💛

Beautopia's new place for now will be the top floor of Queens House on Henderson Street Bridge of Allan.
So just around the corner from the salon! ✨️

I realise im saying Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year at the same time! Lol

I've been kind of floored this Christmas period by a nasty flu bug! 🤒

I also want to say a special thank you to all my lovely clients, friends, neighbours & shout out to the staff from also for all your help & support during & after my flood at the salon! Very much appreciated!!! & also my wee dad!

The salon may have to close for at least 2 weeks while they fix the damage after the flood!

I will keep you all informed of this closure & i may work from another premise while this takes place!
