This morning we are at the Forrester Bros for Our weekly over 50's Drop-in with both Rachel & Julie, we will also be at the Community Meal Event hosted this month by IN2Health & Wellbeing, why not pop along, have something to eat, have your Blood Pressure checked and also see what support is available in the community too, then, this evening we are at Mier Primary Care Centre for our weekly Ladies/ Menopause Peer Support Group with Rachel & Julie .
