This morning we are at Meir's Community lounge with Meir Matters, as well as at Rowan Village for of weekly Mental Health Peer support group.
CRT Stoke-on-Trent are also at Broadway Methodist Church and Centre for their Monday exercise session, and the quit smoking team have their weekly drop in at Meir Primary care Centre . Two advanced notices, the Community Meal in on the 13th August, and there is a Fun day on the 18th of August.

We are also at Meri Primary Care Centre (room 18) for our monthly Dementia Support Group with Dougie Mac team and our social prescriber - Eunice 😊.
We are also with CRT Stoke-on-Trent at Broadway Methodist Church and Centre for the weekly Community Garden session.
