Some people collect stamps... some collect coins... but my Grumpy Biker? He collects DVDs... and not just a few! π€£
Today has been one of those days where every cupboard, corner and shelf has been emptied while we try to work out where on earth thousands of DVDs are going to live. Every time I think we've reached the last bag, another one appears! π
The Free Spirit Hippy in me keeps looking around thinking, "Maybe we need another shelf... another room... or perhaps a whole cinema!" π¬πΏ
Behind every bit of chaos is the excitement of something new. Sometimes life gets a little messy before everything finds its place, and that's exactly where we are right now. Big things are happening, new beginnings are unfolding, and although the house currently looks like a DVD shop exploded, we're smiling through it together.
One thing I've learnt is that the memories we make while sorting through life's chaos are often far more valuable than the things we're organising. So we'll keep laughing, keep working together, and eventually every DVD will find its new home... hopefully before the Grumpy Biker buys any more! πβ€οΈ
Life isn't about having a perfectly tidy house all the time. It's about finding joy in the madness, sharing plenty of laughs, and remembering that the best adventures are usually the ones you never planned.

Well. this is probably the only time she's ever going to be taller than me. and the only time she's getting first place! ππ
Took my little free spirit hippy to the biker's cafΓ© yesterday, and honestly, she wasn't interested in the bikes. she was more interested in hugging the trees, standing barefoot on the grass, and grounding herself every five minutes! π³π€£
Meanwhile, I was wondering where she'd disappeared to. only to find her making friends with nature again! π
Opposites really do attract. one grumpy biker, one free spirit hippy. and somehow it just works! β€οΈποΈπ
Life's about making memories, having a laugh, and letting people be exactly who they are. I wouldn't change her for the world. ππ

πΌ My Poor Free Spirit Hippie Has Been Very Forgetful Today! πΌ
Well. where do I even start? π
I honestly thought today was going to be a nice, simple day. We were heading out to get the car sorted, then home to water her new plants. Easy enough. or so I thought!
But if you've met my Free Spirit Hippie, you'll know nothing is ever that straightforward! π€£
First of all, she happily wandered out of the house. only to realise she'd completely forgotten to change her shoes! Bless her. By then I was already smiling because I knew today was going to be one of those days.
While the car was being repaired, I thought she'd quietly wait with me.
No chance!
Off she disappeared into a shoe shop. Five minutes later she came back grinning from ear to ear...
"Look what I've found! They were a bargain!" π‘π
Now, how can you argue with that face?
She might be forgetful. She might get distracted every five minutes. She might turn a simple trip into a shopping adventure.
But that's exactly why I love her.
She sees joy where most people don't. She finds happiness in the smallest things. And somehow, no matter what life throws at her, she always manages to keep smiling.
My poor little Free Spirit Hippie has had one of those days where her head's been in the clouds. but she never lets it spoil her day.
Truth be told, the world could do with a few more people like her.
She reminds me that life isn't about rushing from one job to the next.
It's about laughing at yourself. Enjoying the unexpected. Finding a bargain when you least expect it. And making memories along the way.
So yes. she forgot her shoes.
Yes. she came home with another pair.
And yes. I spent most of the day shaking my head.
But I wouldn't change my beautiful, forgetful Free Spirit Hippie for the world. β€οΈ
She's one of a kind. and that's exactly how I like her.

ππποΈ The Free Spirit Hippy Is At It Again... The Angel Numbers Never Stop! ποΈππ
Every trip out with the Grumpy Biker is guaranteed to include two things... a good laugh and another one of the Free Spirit Hippy's magical moments! π
There we were, enjoying another adventure together, when once again the numbers lined up perfectly. Whether it's the likes on a page, the followers, a clock, a receipt, or a number plate... somehow they always seem to find me.
The Grumpy Biker just gives me that look that says, "Here we go again..." π€¦ββοΈπ
But for me, these little moments are gentle reminders to slow down, smile, and appreciate the journey. I don't see them as coincidences. I see them as little nudges to keep believing, to keep following my heart, and to keep spreading kindness wherever I go.
Life doesn't always have to be serious. Sometimes it's about laughing at ourselves, enjoying each other's differences, and letting a little bit of magic brighten an ordinary day.
The Grumpy Biker keeps my feet on the ground... while the Free Spirit Hippy keeps looking up at the universe! Somehow, that's what makes us work so well together. Two completely different souls sharing one incredible adventure.
So here's to the angel numbers, the laughter, the unexpected moments, and the beautiful memories we create along the way. Whether you believe they're signs from the universe or simply happy coincidences, if they make you smile, then that's a little bit of magic worth celebrating.

Safe to say, I don't think she was expecting that level of sweetness. it was practically a diabetes rush! π

Cue the excitement. because the Free Spirit Hippy was off again talking about numbers! π€£π
Poor Gary just gives me that look that says, "Here we go again." while I'm over here smiling from ear to ear because everything has lined up so perfectly! πποΈ
Whether you believe numbers carry meaning or simply see them as a fun coincidence, I think moments like these remind us to pause and appreciate how far we've come.
For me.
π 170 reminds me of growth, encouragement and continuing the journey with an open heart.
π 70 reminds me that every step, every post, every conversation matters. It's not about being the biggest page it's about touching hearts, sharing laughter, spreading kindness and enjoying the ride.
The greatest blessing isn't the numbers themselves.
It's every single person who has chosen to follow our crazy adventures, laugh at our jokes, support our journey, and be part of this amazing community.

Right then.
my wife says she only wants a little willow tree to remember our beloved Dexter, who sadly passed away last week. πΎπ
No problem, I thought. I'll take her to the garden centre.
Big mistake.
I leave her alone for five minutes. FIVE MINUTES... and she's proudly walking back with a willow tree that's practically the size of a house! π€¦ββοΈπ
Now bear in mind, we turned up in our little i10... and somehow she's expecting this giant tree to fit inside it! π³ππ€£
Apparently, this beautiful willow is going to represent our gorgeous Dexter. And to be fair, if any dog deserved a tree this big, it was our gentle giant. π
So there I am. trying to work out whether I need a trailer, a crane, or a miracle, while she's stood there smiling like she's just bought a bunch of flowers! π
You know what though. seeing how much it means to her, I'd do it all again.
Anything for my Free Spirit Hippy. and anything to keep Dexter's memory growing strong for years to come. πΏπΎπ
Moral of the story: Never leave your Free Spirit Hippy alone in a garden centre. unless you've brought a lorry!
