Moments like these remind me that Empire has always been about more than activewear. It’s about bringing people together, moving our bodies and having fun along the way. ❤️

Beach workout update:

I was told this was going to be a nice, light session.

What actually happened was the instructor decided “extra weight” meant climbing on top of each other 😅

Safe to say our cores, shoulders and dignity were all tested.

Still, there’s something special about working out with good people, sunshine and a sea view.

Would I do it again?

Ask me when I can feel my abs.

If you’d told me when I started Empire from my dining room table that one day I’d be hosting workouts on a beach in Cyprus, I wouldn’t have believed you.

Back then, I was just trying to get through each day, pack orders, grow the brand and figure things out as I went.

Empire hasn’t always gone the way I planned. There have been setbacks, doubts, mistakes and plenty of moments where I questioned everything.

But moments like this remind me how far we’ve come.

A reminder that your journey doesn’t have to be perfect to be worth it. Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep building.
