Just a little update from me. I’m making a few changes to help keep everything running smoothly and to make things more realistic alongside training all of my lovely students.

📧 Emails & Assessments
From now on, all emails and assessments will be completed on Wednesdays & Sundays. These are my dedicated admin days, allowing me to give everything the time and attention it deserves.

As most of you know, it’s just little me behind the scenes! 🫶🏻 Alongside teaching, I’m organising models, booking training, preparing course materials, marking assessments, replying to emails and managing everything that comes with running the academy. Trying to fit all of this into late evenings after work has started to take away precious family time, so I hope you all understand. ❤️

📋 Policy Update
My students know I’ll always do everything I can to work around you—whether that’s dates, times or anything else to help you complete your training. I always try to be as fair and accommodating as possible because I know life happens.

However, from today onwards, our policy will be followed strictly, including cancellations, rescheduling and refunds. This ensures fairness for everyone and helps the academy run as smoothly as possible.
