So today, we officially began her transition into the wonderful world of highlights ✨

Using Wella BlondorPlex 9, Sam created gorgeous multi-tonal highlights while the built-in Plex technology helped protect the hair and reduce breakage throughout the lightening process.

We then toned the highlights for a beautifully natural finish with plenty of shine 🤍

Finished with a fabulous Plex conditioning treatment, fresh cut and gorgeous blow-dry.

You might know me as your hairstylist, but I’m also the co-owner of Ivor Hairdressing… so here’s a little bit more about the person behind the chair! 👋

Emma and I opened Ivor Hairdressing in March 2013, and from day one we’ve been proud to be a Wella Professionals salon, dedicated to delivering the very best service, professional products and experience for every client who walks through our doors.

And we’re always striving to be better. 🙌

That’s why continuous education is such a huge part of what I do. Hairdressing never stands still, techniques change, trends evolve and there’s always something new to learn. I’m constantly working on perfecting my craft so I can bring that knowledge straight back to my clients. 🎨✂️

Apparently, hairdressing was always going to happen… 😂

I’ve had an interest in hair since I was a little boy, brushing the hair of anyone who would let me, including my three little sisters! So you could say I started practising pretty early. 😂

Outside the salon, I love fashion and trends, eating well and spending a frankly ridiculous amount of my time in the gym! This is where I do all my thinking. 🏋️‍♂️😂

I’m married to Emma, my fellow co-owner, and together we have two wonderful children ❤️ Family, the salon and hair pretty much make up my world… with the gym squeezed into every available gap!
