A polite notice for anyone who may not be aware — I will be off from Monday 22nd June until Monday 7th July.

As many of you know, alongside being The Foot Lady I also work another professional role, and this will be the first proper time off I’ve had from both jobs in almost a year!

I’ve had lots of lovely people ask whether I’ll be “sneaking in” appointments during this time, and whilst I’m incredibly flattered and genuinely honoured to be in such demand, respectfully I won’t be taking any bookings or working whilst I’m away. This break is very much needed so I can properly rest, recharge, and come back refreshed for all of my wonderful clients.

I do, however, now have an appointment slot become available due to a personal appointment being rescheduled:

Just a little msg from me to say a big THANK YOU to all of my lovely clients today who have kept me as hydrated as possible, and fanned on my visits today! 🫶

Your kindness and generosity and ice/cold water, (and even an offer of pizza!) offers of working in cooler rooms, has actually kept me going today, to ensure you/your loved ones have been cared for (almost) sweat free and still to the high standards I pride myself on maintaining (even on the hottest day of the year so far!)

My air con may have packed up, my chocolate bar in my lunch box melted, but I didn't 😁

Shall we do it all again tomorrow?! Oh go on then! 👣🥵

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ☀️🥵

Due to the current temperatures resembling the inside of an air fryer, I will not be wearing my usual uniform whilst carrying out treatments over the next few days.

The professionalism remains. The foot care remains. My willingness to slowly roast alive in scrubs, does not!

As always, hygiene and professionalism will be fully maintained — just in slightly more weather-appropriate clothing while we all survive this mini heatwave together!

I will catch up on all messages and calls I have recieved over the weekend tomorrow.

⚠️📢 Important Update to Appointment Scheduling 📢⚠️

To my much valued clients,

From mid July, I will be making some changes to how appointments are scheduled.

To help reduce travel time and costs, I will begin grouping appointments by area on specific days rather than offering exact appointment times.

This will allow me to work more efficiently and, most importantly, help avoid increasing my treatment fees — by doing this it will save costs being passed on to my clients.

I understand that some clients need a more specific appointment time due to things such as school runs, carer arrangements, other appointments, reliance on family members for support, working arrangements, ect -
If this applies to you, or your loved one, please let me know at time of booking and I will do my best to provide a more specific time where it is needed.

These changes will come into effect from the middle of July and will help me continue to provide the best possible service while keeping my prices as they are, and as affordable as possible.

I am sorry if you've been waiting for me to get back to you... I have been FLAT OUT this week (including a flat tyre!)

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported my business – whether you’ve booked an appointment, recommended me, or followed along here. It honestly means the world 🫶

Because of your support (and a very busy diary!), I’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close my books to new clients. This is so I can continue to give my current clients the time, care, and high standards of treatments that they deserve 💛

If you’re already a client, nothing changes for you – you’re my priority and I can’t wait to keep looking after you 👣

I will of course update you all on here when I’m able to welcome new clients again/if a last minute none routine appointment arises.
