I’m delighted to finally share the location of the new home for LK Therapy & Wellness.

📍 North East BIC, River View, Sunderland

Over the last few weeks I’ve been working hard behind the scenes creating a calm, welcoming space where you can truly relax and unwind.

The view of the River Wear as you arrive is incredibly calming, and I knew straight away it was the perfect setting.

One of my biggest priorities over the past seven years has been finding a location in the heart of Sunderland. I’m so passionate about making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of people in my hometown and the surrounding areas, so finding the right space has always mattered.

I genuinely can’t wait for you to experience both this beautiful location and the treatment room I’ve been creating.

There are still a few finishing touches before I reveal the treatment room itself, but I couldn’t wait any longer to let you know where you’ll be able to find me.

Online booking will be opening very soon… and I can’t wait to welcome you all. ✨

Thinking back to me closing 2025 with an amazing year of treatments and even more amazing clients, never did I expect to be ticking 3 huge visions off my business goals board 6 months into 2026…..

3 you say?

Yep it’s not been kept quiet on purpose I’ve actually just been that focused and busy that I didn’t give it the space it deserves on my socials but here we go……

My number 3 actually started to develop way before 1 & 2 and involved lots of researching and phone calls to make sure I was completing the right course for me and my clients.

Many of you will be aware that I’m a clinical Aromatherapist and this work has taken a back seat for the last few years in my private clinic but I’ve still been practicing in the background 🌱

In March 2026 I started to take my Clinical Aromatherapy skills to the next level and I cannot wait to introduce this work into my clinic come October/November (a few 🥴 more case studies to complete by then)

1. Business name change
2. Find my own business space
3. Complete a Bespoke Product Formulation course
That is top level 👌🏻

So keep your eyes out for more information over the next few months. I may even be on the look out for some case study clients. You’ll find me knee deep in decorating, face deep in my books as well as in the treatment room with clients

Who knows what else could happen before end of play December 2026 🤍

A little snippet behind the scenes…

It’s been a busy few weeks getting the new space ready alongside full clinic days, and there’s been a lot more painting, filling, sanding and decorating than I ever expected! 🎨

Every little job is bringing us one step closer, and I honestly can’t wait to welcome you all into the new treatment room.

Thank you for all the support, messages and excitement so far – it really does mean so much.

Also a huge thank you to my husband who has put in more hours than me at this point. He has supported and encouraged my dream from the off 🤍
