🦋 TO HELP THE VULNERABLE SURVIVE THESE TOUGH TIMES 🦋 AND TO HELP BEAT CANCER 🦋 GIVE A CHILD A GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS 🦋

🦋 For our vulnerable people as they need to be able to buy clothes cheap and food as they can’t afford to go shopping. Even if your on the sick. if you could spare a few hours a week to help in your local community to help these businesses along the way would be a great help. Charity shops and organisations are desperate for some help as they are struggling as most businesses are, we need to be able to help to keep them open and even other businesses ask if they need any help at this time, like your local doctors and dentists as they are short staffed too

🦋 It’s awful that its came to this but it’s happening and without them all we couldn’t survive, I volunteered in Fact’s shop on Thursday in Sunderland CIty Centre. I was upset as they are even having to buy out of date food to keep going. it’s awful and it’s our elderly too, people who have become addicted to drugs through stress. It’s not a people’s choice how they end up there. it’s what they have to do to get through the stress as not everyone is strong enough to keep going. Also you don’t know what they have been through as in trauma as everyone’s story is different. We need to as a community help out as that’s the only way we can keep our shops open and surgery’s ect

🦋 I also volunteer for Cancer Research Pallion and they are asking for volunteers as well as FACT, there are numerous roles you could do, it’s fun and it gets you out of the house, gives you a purpose and you feel good as your helping people. what’s not to enjoy about that, you meet some wonderful people and they are both for cancer to help beat it

🦋 Please if you can help out, do so and if anyone has any donations of products, old gift sets your not using, drinks you won’t use you can drop them off at my home and I can take them in to the charity’s, as Christmas is approaching so they can do raffles with them to make money for the charity. I’m in the Southwick, Monkwearmouth community, Netherburn Road if anyone has any of those items they would be greatly appreciated ❤️ any bulk of clothing if you could drop them off at the shops as I have not got anywhere to store them
