Tonight was all about......
Going back to basics.
After a beautiful meditation we moved onto a mindful colouring activity.
Sometimes the simplest activities bring the greatest calm. Mindful colouring invites us to slow down, focus gently, and reconnect with the present moment.
Calms The Mind
Focusing on colours and patterns helps quiet busy thoughts and gives the mind a break from daily worries.
Encourages Presence
Colouring keeps us in the here and now, paying attention to each stroke, shade and choice of colour.
Reduces Stress and Tension
The repetitive, gentle motion of colouring can soothe the nervous system and bring a sense of relaxation to the body.
Supports Creativity without pressure.
There is no right or wrong way to colour. It allows us to express ourselves freely and playfully.
Creates a Sense of Flow
Many people notice time passing easily while colouring, as they become absorbed in the activity.
Improves Focus and Concentration
Choosing colours, staying within patterns and gently repeating movements can strengthen attention.
Promotes Emotional Balance
Colours often reflect how we feel and can help us explore emotions in a calm and safe way.
Wise words
“Sometimes the secret to peace is simple… let go of the small stuff, hold on to what truly matters, and take time to appreciate the ordinary moments that quietly make life beautiful".
Brings us back to simple joy
Colouring reconnects us with a childlike sense of play, curiosity and creativity.

Tonights session was about cultivating gratitude for Water.
Thousands have lived without love, not one without water.” – W. H. Auden
Water does not resist. Water flows. When you plunge your hand into it, all you feel is a caress. Water is not a solid wall. It will not stop you. But water always goes where it wants to go, and nothing can stand against it in the end.” – Margaret Atwood

What do buttons represent for you?
Memories, security, being held together, comfort, protecting, openness and closing.
Pushing buttons metaphor for a trigger.
We chose a calming button, a kind button, a happy memory button, a resilient button, and a representative button.
A button jar, when we need a reminder ❤️

Tonight we explored our beliefs about wealth and money and if it got in the way of living our best lives.
We found our beliefs about wealth and money were shaped by our upbringing, locality, culture, and personal experiences. These beliefs can influence so much day to day our relationship with money.
These are the beliefs we noted.
Scarcity mindset.
The belief that money is limited and difficult to obtain. This mindset may make you save excessively and avoid taking risks.
Abundance mindset.
This is a belief that money is a resource that can be acquired through lots of effort and wise decisions. Having this mindset you are may be more likely to invest in 'things' and take calculated risks.
Money is bad.
The common belief that money makes people unhappy or bad is a belief that can lead to financial self-sabotage many instances.
I don't deserve money.
The belief that you don't deserve money, even if it's inherited it or received as a windfall. There have been a lot of big lottery winners who have nothing left to show they had a win.
Everybody deserves to spend money.
This often leads to overspending and money problems.
Lastly, there will never be enough money
The belief that there will never be enough money, which can lead to anxiety and fear.
So what did we do......
We made an Abundance Spell Jar.
Deciding on our own individual money wealth abundance mantras that fit, we wrote them on scrolls and they were placed in the jar.
Cleansing the inside with incense we decided on building the perfect individual ingredients for our jars.
⭐Miniature tin foil coins
✨Salt for healing, cleansing and purification.
🌟Basil for good fortune, warding off bad energy, replacing it with happiness.
⭐Cinnamon for abundance, prosperity and success.
✨Coriander for protection, banishing money demons.
🌟Bay leaves for wealth and abundance
⭐Juniper for guidance, revival and retrieval
✨Rose got healing and love
🌟Lavender for protection and love and purity
⭐Cloves for good luck, positive environment and mind.
Each ingredient was wax sealed and finally the cork.
Holding our jars with gratitude 🙏 we repeated powerful mantras to seal the magic 💫 in the jar.
Ending with some wise words from Hundred Acre Wood.
"Perhaps a very small friend can help find a very small lucky stone......."
"Of course I'll help, Pooh! Sweeping up can wait."
THERE WILL ALWAYS BE LOTS TO DO-ITS UP TO YOU TO DECIDE WHAT DESERVE S YOUR ATTENTION MOST IN ANY GIVEN MOMENT. ❤️
See you next week x
