Proper cuticle work + nail plate prep= better retention, healthier nails and longer-lasting manicures 💅✨

P.S once your nails are at this stage DO NOT touch them as that adds oils back onto the nail plate that i have just removed😅🫶🏼

Hey everyone! I thought it was time to properly re-introduce myself for all the new faces here ✨

I’m GC 🤍— Owner of GelsByGC, your go-to girl for builder gel and natural nail growth 💅🏼

I specialise in helping clients grow and maintain their natural nails using gel systems and prescriptive manicures. Healthy nails will always be the priority over quick fixes here 👏🏼

I’m home based, Doxford Park, working in the renovated garage which we turned into a private, cosy studio✨

A little about me outside the salon chair:

🤍 I’m big on the gym — it’s my non-negotiable for both my mental and physical health
🤍 My newest obsession is crocheting (yes, I’m officially in my cosy era 🧶)
🤍 I’m a homebody at heart — I love simple routines, slow evenings and the little things in life

Digging deeper.. I have ADHD which makes the littlest of things a big challenge for me so running my own business at 19 is a HUGE accomplishment for me😊

I’m also a self-employed perfectionist (which is GREAT for your cuticles 😅) who’s constantly working on levelling up — both personally and professionally.
