Two beautiful souls back in today for their second session ✨
After feeling such a shift from their first treatment, they came back ready to go deeper… to open, release, and gently expand that crown energy 🤍
Today was all about building on what had already started. Crystal healing combined with Indian head massage to soften the mind, quiet the noise, and allow that higher connection to flow more freely.
You could feel the difference… calmer, lighter, more open.
This is the magic of consistency. Not just a one-off moment of calm, but a journey of coming back to yourself, layer by layer.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with the most incredible women at the Women’s Wellness Wanderlust event… and wow, what a day it was 🤍
Such a special venue this time, and I was fully booked back to back for 4 hours straight… honestly, I loved every second.
The connections in those taster sessions were just beautiful.
So many of the women had never experienced healing before, which made it even more meaningful… being able to give them a little glimpse into what this work is all about and why I care so deeply about it.
This is exactly why I do what I do ✨

✨ Made it to the paper ✨
So grateful to have volunteered at the recent community wellbeing event and to see Shonah Ray mentioned alongside so many amazing local practitioners.
Giving crystal healing to carers of the community was such a special experience. A gentle reminder that even those who give so much deserve a moment to receive.
Proud to be part of something that brings calm, connection and healing into our local community 💙
Last night I attended the Boreham Village Hall spiritual event and what a beautiful, busy evening it was.
From start to finish I was giving crystal healing sessions and meeting so many lovely new faces.
I absolutely love these events because for many people it’s their very first experience of Reiki or crystal healing. Being able to offer a gentle taster and create a safe space for them to relax, release and reset is such a privilege.
So grateful to everyone who came along and trusted me with their energy 💫

Today we close the Year of the Snake.
A year of shedding.
A year of quiet growth.
A year of becoming.
Not everything you released was visible to the world.
Some of it was silent.
Some of it was sacred.
If you’ve outgrown old patterns, softened through grief, strengthened through change, or simply survived something that stretched you… that is transformation.
The Snake sheds because it has grown.
And so have you.
As we step into a new chapter, take a moment to honour the woman you are now. Not who you were. Not who you think you should be. But who you are today.

It was such a privilege to give back to the incredible people who spend their lives caring for others. They so often put everyone else’s needs before their own, and it felt really special to hold space where, for once, it was all about them.
To offer even a small moment of calm, rest, and reset… that’s powerful.
It truly puts life into perspective.
Helping someone else just feels good. ✨
