• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Active skin infections, contagious conditions or open wounds
• Severe or uncontrolled eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis in the treatment area
• Known allergies or sensitivities to facial products/ingredients
• Recent facial surgery, cosmetic procedures or injectables
• Active cold sores
• Uncontrolled medical conditions
• Any medication or medical condition that may affect the treatment or skin sensitivity

A consultation will be carried out before treatment to ensure the facial is suitable for you.
