I’m very excited to welcome a new addition to my treatment room! 💜

Thanks to John Eastwood Hospice, I’ve been able to purchase one of their hydraulic massage couches, and I honestly can’t wait to put it to good use.

A hydraulic couch will make such a huge difference to me and, most importantly, to the way I can treat my patients. Being able to easily adjust the height of the couch means I can work more comfortably and safely, while making treatments more comfortable and accessible for my patients too.

It’s a fantastic upgrade for my clinic, and I’m incredibly grateful to John Eastwood Hospice for giving me the opportunity to give this couch a new home. 💜

I’ve added some new cupping tools to my kit! 🎉

Cupping can be a great addition to your treatment, helping to support muscle recovery, ease areas of tension and improve movement.

I’m really excited to start incorporating these into treatments where appropriate and give you another tool to help your body move better. 💪

Afternoon of self care 🫶

As a therapist, I spend so much time looking after others, I forget to look after myself and I'm always trying to pour from an empty cup🫗 Well my cup has been filled today the brim today ☕️

First, I finished work, went home and sat in the garden, enjoying the sunshine and read a book 🌞📖 Extremely rare!

Second, had a sports massage by the wonderful at and boy did it hurt after my ultra challenge 2 weeks ago! My lower back, glutes, legs and psoas all got a good work out today! I definitely needed it 👐

Lastly, a very relaxing sound bath by Darren at 🎶 This is the only form of meditation I've found to switch my mind off and actually relax 😌

Happy Birthday to me! 🥳

It's a privilege to celebrate another birthday 🎂

Treating myself to a spa day on Friday 🧖‍♀️💆‍♀️, followed by a sports massage in the evening on my calves and achilles 🦵🦶 and a hike with my bestie on Saturday ⛰️🥾

I don't usually take time out and look after myself, but for this birthday, I am 🫶⏱️

It's important to look after yourself and take a time out once in a while, whether that be exercising 🏃‍♀️, reading 📚, crafting 🧵, listening to music 🎶, or gardening 🪏.

No matter what it is or for how long, make yourself a priority and switch off from the crazy world 😜 Your body and mind will thank you for it ❤️

What an absolutely amazing day at the London Marathon 🏃‍♀️🏃🏅

It's been a few years since I've been able to go but always very thankful to Tim and his team at Sports Therapy UK for letting me be part of the team 😀

is such a brilliant charity for people with Type 1 Diabetes and I had the pleasure of treating the runners that were advocating, spreading the word, and raising much needed funds for research 🔬🧬🧪

Little bonus of meeting James Norton who may be a little famous 🤔 He's an ambassador for the charity as he lives with T1D after being diagnosed at 22 and he has raised almost £150,000 which is unbelievable 💙
