As your aesthetic practitioner, I want your skin to stay healthy, glowing, and protected throughout the warmer months. Here are my top 5 tips:
1. Wear SPF Every Day
Choose a SPF 50 and apply it every morning, even on cloudy days. Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors.
2. Stay Hydrated
Hydrated skin functions better and looks healthier. Aim to drink plenty of water throughout the day and support your skin with hydrating skincare.
3. Seek Shade & Wear Protection
Wide-brimmed hats, sunglasses, and seeking shade during peak UV hours (11am-3pm) can significantly reduce sun damage.
4. Don’t Skip Your Skincare
Gentle cleansing, antioxidants such as Vitamin C, and moisturisers help protect and support your skin barrier during summer.

1 year since back from Maternity leave and what a year it’s been.
First of all social media for me has been a huge skill I’ve had to learn, alongside juggling mum life and running a business.
I’ve had the honour of meeting so many new clients, and of course seeing my wonderful returning clients who are the reason I get to call work something I love.
I’ve started my regulated training and learnt new treatments.

Discussing aftercare post treatment is such an important part of your experience when coming into clinic.
This allows your practitioner time to explain how you can make sure you are going to get the most out of your treatment, how to manage your recovery and to prevent or watch out for any complications at home.
This also gives you a chance to answer any questions you may have before you leave.
Once verbal aftercare has been given, I will always email you an aftercare form for you to review at a later date 🤍
