Myself and my staff would like to thank everyone of our lovely clients for your custom over the years. We really have enjoyed our time treating you and giving you an amazing experience you deserve. I have been at the salon from the day the club opened nearly 23 years and I can honestly say with a heavy heart I will miss you seeing you all.

David Lloyd have given me notice to leave as they want the space back for their own use.

SAKS4EVE INFO. Repost on behalf of our national charity partner, The Eve Appeal… Did you know that abnormal bleeding is a key sign of womb, cervical and va**nal cancer? That's three out of the five gynaecological cancers!

It's a really important symptom to be aware of, but what exactly does 'abnormal bleeding' mean? An easy way to remember is that it's bleeding from your va**na when you as an individual are not expecting to. That can mean different things for different people, depending on factors such as your age, whether you have periods, if you're taking hormonal contraception etc.

Here are the four main types of abnormal bleeding:
• Bleeding in between periods
• Bleeding after s*x
• Bleeding after the menopause
• Bleeding that is much heavier or more painful than what is normal for you

IMPORTANT NOTE - abnormal bleeding doesn't always need to take the form of bright red blood or a big heavy gush. Pale pink or brown coloured discharge is also part of the abnormal bleeding discussion. If it isn't normal for you, then it's time to speak to your doctor. There are many different causes of abnormal bleeding that aren't linked to a gynae cancer, but it's important get help and rule out anything serious.
