Welcome to Blend, Cheam’s premier aesthetic and sports therapies clinic. We’re here to help you look your best, and to perform at your best, by delivering preventative measures to maintain your wellbeing and increase your performance levels. All of our therapeutic treatments have a single objective: to provide you with tailor-made solutions for your health and wellbeing. Modern technology, a well-qualified team, regular training and unique expertise in modern treatment methods are all part of the Blend ethos.
“The body works as a whole,” says our founder, Amanda Bradshaw. “All systems are interlinked and so need to be treated as a whole picture. We work by elimination, not suppression, and tailor treatments to work with the body’s natural production rather than use artificial products that may shut down production. We identify key health indicators and small cellular changes, and help the body to get back to homeostasis.”
With more than 15 years’ experience at the top of her field, Amanda Bradshaw is an internationally-renowned therapist with vast experience working with professional sports men and women, including Olympians, rugby teams, stunt workers, racing drivers, bodybuilders and more. How we look and how we perform have been essential themes running through her career to date; starting as a personal trainer, she moved into sports therapy and, since 2010, has been a qualified biomedic providing aesthetic therapies in Sutton, Cheam and Carshalton. Her passion is helping you feel good, and feel more confident. Every body is unique, and from your very first visit to our clinic, we’ll work with you to tailor a solution that fits you - and no one else. Get in touch for a private chat, or pop in to see us. Our discreet clinic is on a side road in Cheam, just around the corner from Cheam Village. There’s plenty of on-street parking, and we're very private.
Ian’s recovery has been incredible to follow.
Ian ruptured his Achilles playing tennis on 16th May and was immediately put into a plaster cast.
As soon as the cast came off, we carried out stem cell treatment, and the progress that followed was remarkable.
Within just two weeks, Ian’s bruising and pain had reduced dramatically. One week later, the bruising had almost completely disappeared, and just one month after the rupture there was very little to see. Ian was already getting out and about in his orthopaedic boot with minimal discomfort.
By the end of July, Ian had transitioned out of the boot entirely.
Most encouragingly, the medical professionals involved in Ian’s recovery have said that his repair appears to be around five to six weeks ahead of what they would normally expect to see in a man of his age.
Ian also followed his stem cell treatment with PRP as part of his recovery.
His verdict?
“The treatment and follow-up PRP were worth every penny.”
Every injury and recovery is different, and individual results can vary, but it has been fantastic to see Ian making such positive progress.

Hi I’m Amanda, the friendly face behind the treatments here at Blend Clinic!
Ever since school, I’ve been obsessed with how our weird and wonderful bodies work and through many years helping people to heal their bodies, I understand how impactful it is when our bodies don’t work or look the way we would like them to.
I founded Blend Clinic because I don’t believe in masking symptoms. What sets our treatments apart is their emphasis on supporting and enhancing the body’s own natural healing processes to address the underlying problems causing the symptoms.
